What you'll do...
Role summary:

As a Senior Manager, Safety - Store Operations, you will lead the modernization of safety programs across store operations-redesigning processes, deploying technology, and driving measurable results at enterprise scale. This role connects safety strategy to field execution, ensuring priorities are clear, sustainable, and embedded into everyday operations.
What you'll do:
  • Redesign and simplify safety processes to improve consistency, speed, and field adoption across stores.
  • Drive change initiatives by assessing readiness, managing expectations, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to evaluate programs, recommend improvements, and communicate strategic direction to stakeholders.
  • Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and safety standards while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Develop rollout strategies and create clear communications, training materials, and guidance that ensure new initiatives are understood and sustained in the field.
  • Establish routines and controls that reinforce compliance, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
