The Senior Manager, Brand Growth leads cross-functional initiatives to drive strategic business outcomes through data-driven insights and effective stakeholder collaboration. This role requires advanced communication and project management skills to influence decision-making and align teams with organizational goals. The position focuses on optimizing operational workflows, leveraging market and customer analytics, and managing complex projects to enhance eCommerce performance. The successful candidate will provide leadership in problem-solving, change management, and business strategy execution, ensuring alignment with company standards and fostering continuous improvement across business operations.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-04397: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
