Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Automation Engineering leads the design, integration, and optimization of automation systems to enhance operational efficiency within supply chain environments. This role leverages advanced data analysis and project management skills to drive technology adoption and process improvements. The position requires effective communication across teams to influence strategic decisions and ensure seamless implementation of automation solutions. By fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence, the Senior Manager supports business objectives through innovative engineering practices and collaborative partnerships, delivering measurable impact on performance and cost management.
About the team:
The team is dedicated to delivering business value by developing integrated solutions that connect the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with the Automation System. It focuses on leveraging automation, data analysis, and process improvement to enhance operational excellence. Collaborating across functions, the team drives project management and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and system performance. Members apply technical expertise and strategic insight to implement effective automation integration, ensuring seamless operations and measurable results that support the company's goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
