Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Automation Engineering leads the design, integration, and continuous improvement of automation systems to enhance operational efficiency. This role leverages data analysis and advanced engineering principles to develop innovative solutions, drive process improvements, and support strategic business objectives. The position requires effective communication across teams and stakeholders to influence decisions and ensure successful project execution. The Senior Manager also oversees financial evaluations and talent development initiatives, fostering a culture of operational excellence and collaboration within the organization.

What you'll do...
  • Lead the design, development, and integration of automation systems to enhance operational efficiency and process improvement.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to interpret complex data, develop insights, and influence strategic decisions.
  • Manage projects by planning, estimating, organizing, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities and resolve technical challenges related to machinery and system integration.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including implementation plans, test criteria, and status reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows and recommending optimized processes.
  • Provide financial analysis to evaluate automation investments and ensure return on investment.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
