What you'll do: - Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains to support analytics initiatives.

- Develop and apply advanced exploratory data analysis and statistical techniques to uncover insights.
- Create clear, impactful data visualizations and presentations tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver data-driven recommendations that address business challenges.
- Mentor junior analysts on analytical methods, storytelling, and data quality best practices.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in data analysis, including exploratory data analysis and root cause analysis to identify trends and business insights.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and other data querying languages to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources.
- Experience with data quality management, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
- Skilled in data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence decision-making and present insights clearly.
- Knowledge of data governance, storage, and scalability principles within enterprise environments.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
