The Senior Data Analyst will leverage advanced data management, analysis, and visualization techniques to support business decision-making across multiple domains. This role requires expertise in data quality assessment, integration, and strategic application of analytics to solve complex business challenges. The successful candidate will translate business requirements into actionable insights, develop data-driven solutions, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Proficiency in programming languages and big data technologies is essential to enhance data accessibility and reliability. This position plays a critical role in driving data strategy and delivering measurable business value through informed analysis.
What you'll do:
  • Identify and assess data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements.
  • Perform initial data quality checks and manage data cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Translate business needs into data-driven solutions by applying appropriate analytical methods and tools.
  • Develop and deliver advanced data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple systems and maintain data architecture standards.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.
  • Mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and visualization best practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
