Position Summary...
As a Senior Data Analyst on the Enterprise Consumer Fraud & Risk team, you will help identify, measure, and explain payments fraud risk across Walmart's digital payment ecosystem. This role focuses on turning complex fraud, transaction, and customer data into clear insights that support handling escalations, faster root cause analysis for emerging fraud attacks and risk vectors across payment controls. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement and innovation, enabling Walmart to optimize performance and deliver measurable business value through data-driven strategies.

What you'll do...

  • Identify, assess and document appropriate data sources aligned with business requirements to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and statistical techniques.
  • Develop and deliver clear, insightful data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Analytics
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and root cause investigations to uncover trends and anomalies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret data insights and provide actionable recommendations supporting strategic decisions.
  • Prepare concise leadership-ready insights that explain the issue, impact, root cause, and recommended action.
  • Monitor & maintain dashboards and accessibility across business domains
