This position involves analyzing data to optimize network efficiencies, resolving escalated issues, and supporting operational execution across distribution centers and suppliers. The role requires expertise in root cause analysis, performance evaluation, and cost reduction strategies while fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders. The analyst contributes to continuous improvement efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving operational excellence within the supply chain network.
What you'll do: - Carrier Network Development and Management: Develop a comprehensive network of reliable carriers, prioritizing efficient and cost-effective freight movement.
- Rate Negotiation: Negotiate competitive rates with carriers to minimize cost
- Load Tendering and Trace Management: Book loads from customers, trace loads as needed, and other related duties.
- Customer Service and Relationship Building: Provide exceptional service to all stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met while building strong relationships.
- Problem-solving and Decision-making: Employ critical thinking and sound decision-making skills to resolve issues and optimize carrier performance.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Embrace a customer-centric mindset, identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting solutions to enhance efficiency

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
