This position manages cross-functional initiatives, analyzes data to inform decisions, and provides actionable insights to senior leadership. The role involves developing and communicating business priorities, removing obstacles to performance, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders to implement effective solutions, ensures alignment with company standards, and contributes to training and development programs that enhance overall business outcomes.

The team drives operational excellence within a dynamic omni-channel retail environment, focusing on delivering the best assortment to meet customer needs efficiently. Members support business plans by identifying priorities, removing obstacles, and managing cross-functional initiatives that impact store and corporate processes. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
