What you'll do: - Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, large-scale technical programs spanning multiple organizations, with full ownership of outcomes.

- Partner across product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable, reliable solutions.
- Drive clarity in ambiguity by managing risks, dependencies, and high-impact trade-offs.
- Establish and scale governance, workflows, and operating models to improve execution.
- Leverage modern tools, including GenAI, to enhance planning, automate processes, and improve program visibility.
- Influence stakeholders, communicate clearly, and mentor teams on execution excellence.
What you'll bring: - Extensive experience leading large-scale, cross-organizational programs with complex stakeholder and risk landscapes.
- Proven ability to define program strategy, scope, timelines, and resource plans while managing dependencies and ambiguity.
- Strong technical acumen translating product requirements into scalable, reliable systems.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, cloud platforms, and modern infrastructure.
- Track record of driving business impact through risk mitigation, financial oversight, and continuous improvement.
- Influential communicator able to align senior stakeholders and drive execution across organizations.
- Experience leveraging GenAI and advanced analytics to improve planning, automate workflows, accelerate decision-making, and enhance program visibility at scale.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09050: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
