Position Summary...
The Principal, Technical Program Manager leads complex, large-scale technology programs by defining goals, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving end-to-end delivery. This role requires expertise in program and risk management, technical design, and stakeholder engagement to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions. The position involves coordinating multiple teams, resolving ambiguities, and implementing process improvements to optimize workflows. The successful candidate will communicate effectively across groups, mentor team members, and apply analytical problem-solving to achieve strategic objectives while maintaining operational excellence and alignment with business priorities.

What you'll do...
  • Lead and manage complex, large-scale technical programs with multiple interdependent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivery timelines.
  • Define program scopes, stage gates, critical paths, and key deliverables while securing commitments from cross-functional teams.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30095: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-11657: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
