Role summary:
The Principal, Product Manager leads product strategy across multiple related products, driving organization-wide decisions through deep expertise and data-driven insights. This role shapes long-term vision, manages complex customer problems, and oversees product lifecycle from concept to launch. By influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, the position ensures alignment with business priorities and market opportunities. The Principal fosters innovation, sets best practices, and mentors peers to elevate product management standards while delivering measurable value and optimizing product performance at scale.
About the team:
This team leads the development of new verticals within Walmart's ecommerce platform by driving product strategy and roadmap execution across multiple products. Utilizing data-driven insights and emerging technologies, it addresses complex customer challenges and fosters innovation. The team collaborates closely with stakeholders to manage the full product lifecycle and set clear objectives, delivering scalable and impactful solutions. Members contribute to shaping advanced product strategies and enhancing product management practices, supporting continuous improvement and long-term value creation across the organization.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
