What you'll do...
Role summary:

The (USA) Principal, Product Manager leads the development and execution of complex product strategies, driving data-informed decisions and customer-centric solutions. This role involves owning product roadmaps, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and managing the full product lifecycle using modern methodologies. The position requires expertise in analytics, technology trends, and business strategy to identify new opportunities and deliver scalable innovations. The Principal Product Manager influences partners, and ensures alignment with organizational goals while fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence across product initiatives.
What you'll do:
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities for value creation.
  • Present and clearly articulate product strategy to company leadership.
  • Mentor high performing team members to build inventory products that solves complex problems.
  • Develop and champion product vision, strategy and roadmap for products in safety stock planning space.
  • Build and own scalable platforms that are multi-tenant and can be leveraged across geographies and business units.
  • Leverage data to make more informed product decisions and will influence the prioritization and design of complex solutions.
  • Navigate conflicting stakeholder priorities by making data-driven decisions using enterprise and end customer value as a guiding principle.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
