What you'll do: - Define and manage multiple technology projects within programs, aligning goals and schedules with strategic objectives.
- Assess resource requirements, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
- Monitor project progress against milestones, lead coordination meetings, and take corrective actions to maintain program health.
- Oversee budgeting, track expenditures, and ensure financial alignment with project forecasts through effective governance.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, communicate project status clearly, and influence decisions using data-driven insights.
- Support technology process updates, develop talent through coaching, and promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in program management, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology projects.
- Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Excellent stakeholder communication abilities, capable of influencing and building consensus across teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
