Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The (USA) Manager, Supply Chain Management oversees the efficient flow of merchandise through distribution networks and fulfillment centers by resolving operational issues and analyzing data to enhance network performance. This role drives collaboration among stakeholders to meet sales, inventory, and profitability goals while identifying and addressing supply chain disruptions. The manager leads process improvement initiatives, supports compliance, and fosters strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams. What you'll do: - Manage supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
- Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify and resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers, transportation leaders, and internal teams to optimize supply chain execution and meet sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and cost reduction opportunities.
- Oversee performance reviews and provide corrective action recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners to support operational objectives.
- Supervise and mentor associates, fostering professional growth and accountability.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
