Role summary:

The Manager, Supply Chain Management, oversees the efficient flow of merchandise through distribution networks and fulfillment centers by resolving daily operational issues and analyzing data to enhance network performance. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to optimize supply chain execution, managing performance reviews, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires leadership in process improvement and operational strategy to ensure alignment with sales, inventory, and profitability goals. The manager also fosters strong partnerships, supports compliance, and champions innovation to advance supply chain effectiveness and cost efficiency.
About the team:
The Capacity Solutions Team ensures optimal carrier assignment by matching the right carriers with loads at the best cost and service levels within the Collect Inbound network. The team negotiates daily with carriers to manage costs and uphold service standards. Utilizing a data-driven approach, they analyze industry trends to support proactive, demand-based capacity purchasing. Focused on operational excellence, the team combines analytical insight with decisive action to enhance supply chain efficiency and performance, driving continuous improvement and effective collaboration across stakeholders.
What you'll do:

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
