The Manager, Strategic Account Management leads the development and execution of account strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing team performance, and ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives. The position requires expertise in business analysis, negotiation, and project management to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results. The manager fosters a culture of continuous improvement, supports associate development, and collaborates cross-functionally to achieve strategic goals while upholding the highest standards of integrity and operational excellence.
About the team:

The Strategic Account Management team for Marketplace D3 (School & Office) drives key business initiatives by building strong stakeholder relationships and aligning strategies with customer needs. The team utilizes data analysis, business metrics, and consultative methods to support revenue growth and optimize account planning. Collaborating cross-functionally, members manage complex projects and enhance product assortments. Emphasizing continuous improvement and integrity, the team fosters professional development and accountability while ensuring compliance with company standards. This group plays a crucial role in advancing Walmart's mission through strategic partnerships and operational excellence.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
