Position Summary...
The Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, oversees adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards within their area of responsibility. This role involves monitoring laws and policies, conducting gap analyses, and developing strategies to address compliance concerns. Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders, the manager ensures effective communication and implementation of compliance initiatives. They lead legislative impact assessments, manage data programs, and support long-term regulatory forecasting. Additionally, this position fosters a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement while providing guidance and development opportunities to associates.

What you'll do...
  • Manage compliance and ethics consistency by addressing questions, monitoring regulations, and updating policies with leadership input.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to communicate compliance information and identify potential gaps, recommending strategies for resolution.
  • Lead legislative assessment efforts by researching proposed laws, evaluating business impacts, and developing adaptation plans.
  • Oversee data management programs to track legislation and regulatory trends supporting long-term forecasting.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on regulatory issues, managing research and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to build a high-performing team.
  • Promote adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and integrity in all business practices.

  • Proven experience in compliance management and regulatory compliance within complex organizational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ethical standards, policy development, and auditing standards to ensure adherence to laws and company guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct gap analysis and develop strategies to address compliance and ethics concerns effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple levels of leadership and business units.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
