Role summary: The (USA) Manager, Sourcing leads strategic sourcing initiatives by managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, and ensuring product quality and timely delivery. What you'll do: - Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with retail team objectives and category goals.
- Manage supplier relationships, including assessments, performance monitoring, and capacity evaluations.
- Negotiate pricing, product specifications, and delivery terms to optimize cost and quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners and Global Supply Management to support sourcing initiatives.
- Lead factory visits to assess production capabilities and ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor and guide team members in sourcing activities and continuous improvement efforts.
- Apply market knowledge and digital tools to enhance strategic sourcing and procurement processes.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management within complex supply chains.
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve cost savings and favorable terms while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
- Ability to assess supplier capabilities, conduct factory visits, and manage supplier performance effectively.

- Knowledge of trade, political issues, and market dynamics impacting sourcing decisions.
- Proficiency in optimizing procurement processes and applying digital tools to enhance sourcing efficiency.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
