Role summary:
The (USA) Manager, Project Management leads the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects to achieve strategic objectives. This role involves developing strong relationships with stakeholders, managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensuring adherence to established project management standards. The manager drives effective communication plans, addresses challenges proactively, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, this position fosters team development through coaching and mentoring while upholding company values and ethical standards to deliver impactful results aligned with business goals.
About the team:
This team leads Portfolio Management for People Tech & Services, managing operating cadence, communications, and engagement to ensure alignment and efficient execution. Responsibilities include planning business reviews, coordinating leadership meetings and offsites, and driving team-wide communications. The team emphasizes program management, chief of staff support, and developing internal tools to enhance operations across technology teams. It promotes collaboration across functions to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement, enabling the organization to meet strategic goals effectively while maintaining operational excellence. Associate engagement, communications, and events are also key focus areas.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project requirements and documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess costs, establish return on investment, and secure management approval for resource allocation.
  • Create and execute communication plans detailing frequency, level, and distribution of project status updates.
  • Manage multiple projects or work streams by developing and communicating project plans, schedules, and milestones aligned with objectives.
  • Monitor budgets, identify risks, escalate changes, and ensure adherence to project management standards and practices.
  • Lead and mentor associates, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and high performance within the team.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
