The (USA) Manager, Program Management leads the coordination and execution of complex programs by fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving alignment with business objectives. This role oversees program performance, ensures compliance with company standards, and promotes continuous improvement through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. The manager provides leadership by mentoring associates, managing expectations, and delivering regular performance updates to senior leadership. Committed to integrity and accountability, this position supports strategic initiatives that enhance service capabilities and contribute to the company's mission and values.
About the team:
The Walmart Marketplace Marketing Operations & Creative team leads seller-focused campaigns and communications to support third-party sellers on Walmart.com. This team collaborates across functions to implement strategic initiatives, improve processes, and enhance the seller experience. Emphasizing strong program management, clear communication, and data-driven decisions, the team drives operational performance to meet business objectives. Members prioritize accountability, relationship building, and effective leadership within a collaborative environment to deliver impactful results and support business growth.
What you'll do:

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
