About the team: The Walmart Marketplace Marketing Operations & Creative team leads seller-focused campaigns and communications to support third-party sellers on Walmart.com. This team collaborates across functions to implement strategic initiatives, improve processes, and enhance the seller experience. Emphasizing strong program management, clear communication, and data-driven decisions, the team drives operational performance to meet business objectives. Members prioritize accountability, relationship building, and effective leadership within a collaborative environment to deliver impactful results and support business growth.
What you'll do: - Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and high-level deliverables.
- Monitor program performance through data analysis, key performance indicators, and return-on-investment assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates, fostering accountability and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards while promoting a culture of integrity and transparency.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership to inform decision-making and strategic adjustments.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
