Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The (USA) Manager, Operations leads multiple work streams within the operations organization by designing and executing project plans, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This role involves analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities, developing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, and driving operational excellence. With a focus on accountability and continuous improvement, this position plays a critical role in delivering results that align with Walmart's strategic goals.
What you'll do: - Lead multiple operational initiatives by developing project plans, managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving execution from concept through implementation.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, communicate project status, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Analyze operational and seller pipeline data to identify trends, uncover root causes, and provide actionable recommendations that improve business performance.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes, workflows, and automation that increase operational efficiency and support seller acquisition.
- Manage and maintain Business Development Manager (BDM) pipelines by enforcing data quality standards, optimizing lead routing and enrichment, and driving consistent Salesforce processes and best practices.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
