What you'll do...
Role summary:

The (USA) Manager, Merchandising Planning, leads the development and execution of data-driven financial forecasts and category strategies to optimize business performance. This role partners cross-functionally to align merchandising plans with customer insights and market trends, driving informed decisions on features, promotions, and assortment. The manager provides actionable recommendations, supports budgeting processes, and delivers comprehensive financial reporting. By fostering collaboration and maintaining high ethical standards, this position ensures the achievement of business objectives while enhancing customer value and operational excellence within the merchandising function.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute merchandising plans using data-driven insights and financial forecasting to optimize category performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align forecasts, promotional strategies, and inventory allocation with business objectives.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market data to inform assortment and pricing decisions.
  • Monitor category financial health, providing regular updates and actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Lead post-event and modular reviews to assess performance and drive accountability for results.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging digital tools and best practices to enhance planning processes.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
