As a Manager II, Process Engineer in Walmart Supply Chain, you'll lead complex, data-driven initiatives that improve productivity, reduce cost, and elevate service levels across the network. You'll own end-to-end projects-from opportunity sizing and ROI to implementation and sustainment-while influencing leaders and mentoring engineers.
What you'll do - Lead complex process improvement projects delivering measurable operational and financial impact
- Identify cost reduction, waste elimination, capacity, and labor optimization opportunities
- Drive cross-functional solution design, implementation, and sustainment across the network
- Build business cases, ROI analyses, and recommendations for automation and capital investments
- Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication; present to senior leaders
What you'll bring - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field) and 3+ years relevant experience
- Advanced Lean/Six Sigma and operational excellence expertise; Green/Black Belt preferred
- Strong capability in statistical analysis, data modeling, process simulation, and engineering analytics tools
- Proven leadership of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with significant impact
- Project management strength (PMP/CAPM preferred) and experience supporting automation or network optimization

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
