Position summary
Step into a high-impact role at the intersection of engineering, operations, and automation. As a Manager II, Process Engineer in Walmart Supply Chain, you'll lead complex, data-driven initiatives that improve productivity, reduce cost, and elevate service levels across the network. You'll own end-to-end projects-from opportunity sizing and ROI to implementation and sustainment-while influencing leaders and mentoring engineers.

What you'll do
  • Lead complex process improvement projects delivering measurable operational and financial impact
  • Identify cost reduction, waste elimination, capacity, and labor optimization opportunities
  • Drive cross-functional solution design, implementation, and sustainment across the network
  • Build business cases, ROI analyses, and recommendations for automation and capital investments
  • Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication; present to senior leaders


What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field) and 3+ years relevant experience
  • Advanced Lean/Six Sigma and operational excellence expertise; Green/Black Belt preferred
  • Strong capability in statistical analysis, data modeling, process simulation, and engineering analytics tools
  • Proven leadership of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with significant impact
  • Project management strength (PMP/CAPM preferred) and experience supporting automation or network optimization

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
