Position Summary...
The Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving strategic financial planning and analysis to support business performance. This position involves preparing detailed financial models, analyzing variances, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and risk mitigation. The role requires effective communication of financial insights to senior management and active participation in business decision-making processes. Additionally, the Manager oversees internal controls, process improvements, and associates' development, fostering accountability and continuous learning to uphold company standards and contribute to organizational success.

What you'll do...
  • Prepare financial analyses and models to support strategic planning and recommend future expense targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and communicate significant variances.
  • Manage complex control structures to mitigate financial risks and enhance reporting transparency.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
