Role summary:

The (USA) Manager, Data Analytics leads the development and implementation of compliance reporting strategies and advanced data solutions to support business objectives. This role oversees cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate data analysis, regulatory reporting, and the delivery of actionable insights. The manager collaborates with stakeholders to design and validate models, drive investigative analytics, and enhance reporting technologies. By fostering continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of integrity, this position supports informed decision-making and operational excellence across the organization.
What you'll do:
  • Lead the development and implementation of compliance reporting strategies aligned with operational and customer requirements.
  • Design and deliver customized reports to monitor obligations, risk mitigation, and performance standards.
  • Analyze complex data sets using advanced statistical and modeling techniques to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to prioritize reporting requests and communicate project status.
  • Oversee testing, validation, and deployment of business intelligence solutions and reporting technologies.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
