What you'll do...
Role summary:

The (USA) Manager, Automation Engineering leads the design, integration, and continuous improvement of automation systems within the supply chain. This role leverages advanced data analysis and project management to optimize operational efficiency and drive technology adoption. The manager collaborates cross-functionally to develop business cases, oversee implementation plans, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Strong communication skills are essential to influence stakeholders and present insights. This position supports the advancement of automation initiatives while fostering a culture of operational excellence and innovation.
What you'll do:
  • Lead the design, integration, and implementation of automation systems to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Analyze data to develop insights, test hypotheses, and influence strategic decisions using advanced analytics and visualization tools.
  • Manage multiple projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and resolve technical challenges.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize processes and workflows.
  • Document project plans, status reports, and integration tests to maintain clear communication and project transparency.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
