The Manager, Assortment Activation, leads the planning and coordination of modular execution to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of milestones. This role provides expert guidance on execution standards, monitors progress, and addresses risks to maintain quality outcomes. Collaborating cross-functionally, the manager translates strategic needs into actionable plans while fostering continuous improvement and team development. By mentoring associates and promoting operational excellence, this position supports Walmart's commitment to delivering value through disciplined execution, strong communication, and a focus on achieving business objectives with integrity and accountability.
About the team:
This team brings the Merchant's strategy to life in stores by designing modulars and floorplans that optimize product presentation. They balance workload and coordinate project execution to meet quality and timeline goals. Acting as subject-matter experts, they provide guidance to ensure consistent standards and track progress to address risks. The team collaborates across functions to translate strategic needs into actionable plans while driving continuous improvement through feedback and data analysis. Their focus on operational excellence supports effective resource allocation, process enhancement, and team development to deliver impactful in-store experiences.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
