What you'll do: - Influence & Align Merchants: Partner with cross-functional merchant teams to guide decisions, aligning strategic merchandising visions with realistic, executable modular plans.
- Lead Execution: Manage daily operations, optimize workload planning, and clear roadblocks to ensure all project milestones are met on time.
- Drive Quality & Process: Serve as the modular execution expert, using performance data and store feedback to continuously streamline operational processes.
- Develop Talent: Mentor and coach your team, fostering a culture of growth and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 2 years' experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution.
Option 2: 4 years' experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, with demonstrated coordination ownership.
