Position Summary...
Role summary:
The (USA) Manager, Account Receivable, leads the management and oversight of accounts receivable processes, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls. This role involves analyzing financial data, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing effective operational and governance frameworks to maintain accuracy and integrity in financial transactions. The position requires expertise in regulatory requirements, data management, and root cause analysis to support business objectives and enhance service delivery. The manager also drives continuous improvements while fostering collaboration across teams to achieve organizational financial goals.

What you'll do...
  • Oversee accounts receivable processes ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls.
  • Analyze financial data to assess impacts of accounting standard changes on statements and transactions.
  • Manage accurate documentation, billing, accruals, and reconciliations in alignment with regulatory frameworks.
  • Lead internal control reviews, testing, and reporting to support audit readiness and governance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational issues, improve workflows, and maintain service excellence.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify root causes and implement process improvements for financial accuracy and efficiency.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
