General Manager, eCommerce Fulfillment Center - Carrollton, GA
What you'll do

As the General Manager of our eCommerce Fulfillment Center in Carrollton, GA, you'll lead a fast-paced, highly automated operation that delivers millions of orders to customers nationwide. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and ensuring an exceptional end-to-end fulfillment experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead End-to-End Fulfillment Operations
    Set and execute the strategic direction for the facility, ensuring performance across key metrics including safety, quality, speed, and customer satisfaction. Identify and implement improvements to optimize complex, high-volume eCommerce operations.
  • Drive Workforce Strategy
    Develop and execute staffing plans that align with dynamic business demands. Ensure the right talent is in place at the right time to meet productivity and service goals.
  • Deliver Financial Results
    Own the facility's financial performance by managing budgets, controlling expenses, maximizing asset utilization, and leveraging data and reporting to drive efficiency.
  • Champion Safety & Compliance
    Foster a culture of safety and accountability while ensuring full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and logistics standards. Maintain and continuously improve operational procedures.
  • Solve Problems & Make Data-Driven Decisions
    Address associate, customer, and supplier concerns through thorough investigation and fact-based decision-making. Leverage data and analytics to improve outcomes.

Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
