What you'll do...
Role summary:

The (USA) Director, UX Design leads the development and execution of user experience strategies that enhance customer engagement and business value. This role involves managing cross-functional partnerships, driving user research, and applying design principles to create intuitive, scalable solutions. The director oversees usability testing, prototyping, and continuous improvement processes while aligning design initiatives with strategic objectives. By fostering collaboration and leveraging data-driven insights, this position ensures the delivery of innovative, user-centered products that meet evolving market needs and support organizational goals.
What you'll do:
  • Lead the development and execution of user experience strategies informed by comprehensive user research and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align UX initiatives with business objectives and market trends.
  • Drive the design and implementation of user journey maps, storyboards, and prototypes to enhance interaction design and usability.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement through effective communication, consensus building, and presentation of research insights.
  • Oversee usability testing and iteration processes to ensure solutions meet user needs and quality standards.
  • Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize user experience and design processes.

What you'll bring:

The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 6 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 8 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
3 years' supervisory experience.
