What you'll do...
Role summary:

The (USA) Director, Procurement leads strategic category management and supplier relationship initiatives to optimize cost, mitigate risks, and drive business performance for the eCommerce business units. This role oversees contract negotiations, financial analysis, and supplier performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The Director collaborates cross-functionally to develop data-driven procurement strategies, influence leadership decisions, and implement process improvements. By leveraging advanced analytics and market insights, the position supports sustainable sourcing and operational excellence while fostering strong partnerships that enhance value and support long-term business objectives.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
