Role summary:

The Director, Fashion Design leads the development and execution of innovative, trend-aligned fashion collections that uphold brand integrity and deliver exceptional value. This role oversees design strategy, prototype development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product quality, fit, and market relevance. Utilizing advanced design tools and data-driven insights, the director optimizes workflows and drives continuous improvement. By integrating customer insights and market trends, this position shapes compelling narratives and elevates brand positioning while maintaining operational excellence and alignment with business objectives.
What you'll do:
  • Lead the development and execution of seasonal fashion design concepts, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market trends.
  • Oversee creation of detailed sketches, illustrations, and prototypes to guide product development and maintain quality standards.
  • Integrate customer insights, trend forecasting, and competitive analysis to inform design strategies and assortment planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize design workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of collections.

The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00 - $312,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
