This role is a valuable part of our Pharma Technical Operations Supply Chain US team, which is committed to achieving our mission of ensuring seamless lifecycle execution and delivery of critical therapies to patients. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with key stakeholders across US Digital & Data Analytics, Channel Operations, Finance, and the broader global supply chain community. Together, we focus on driving continuous improvement and integrating next-generation digital and AI solutions into our forecasting operations. Your expertise will directly influence our strategic decision-making and optimize our commercial finished goods portfolio.

The Opportunity

The US S&OP Business Analyst is a critical role responsible for driving the maintenance, continuous improvement, and digital transformation of the US Sales and Operations Planning process and demand analysis. In this role, you will act as the core subject matter expert in supply chain planning systems, leveraging advanced predictive analytics and automated AI solutions to optimize portfolio health and support commercial consensus forecasting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Process Leadership: Facilitate monthly affiliate S&OP processes and lead core meetings involving vice president-level participants and commercial insights stakeholders.

  • Demand & Portfolio Management: Consolidate monthly demand forecasting for US Commercial and specific project requirements, ensuring all latest forecasts are accurately reflected in OMP planning software.

  • Performance Analytics: Track forecast accuracy and bias performance, establish targets, and conduct root-cause analysis to mitigate portfolio risks and improve forecast metrics.

  • Digital Transformation & AI Enablement: Design automated workflows, configure exception-based alerts, and lead the adoption of Agentic AI and predictive analytics tools to transition legacy reporting into AI-orchestrated decision systems.

  • Dashboard & Tool Creation: Build and maintain effective KPIs, metrics, and predictive dashboards utilizing Tableau and other visualization platforms to proactively monitor portfolio health and model dynamic target scenarios.

  • Global Network Collaboration: Serve as the primary US representative within the global statistical forecasting network, collaborating with process experts to share best practices and stay ahead of regional trends.


Who You Are
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field preferred, along with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the Healthcare, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical industry focusing on supply chain, S&OP, and demand planning.

  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in data and supply chain systems including OMP, SAP, BW, and Tableau, with a strong capability to validate data pipelines for AI/ML models.

  • Analytical Skills: Superior analytical problem-solving skills and strategic agility, with a proven ability to "connect the dots" across legacy data and interpret predictive tools.

  • Continuous Improvement: Deep familiarity with structured operational methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile frameworks.

  • Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated track record of project management, strong time management, and the ability to build collaborative relationships and influence without authority across multi-functional networks.

  • Communication Style: Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data visualizations into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders while maintaining composure in high-pressure environments.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $124,200 - $230,600. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed in this .
