Based on agile and hybrid methodologies, you configure enterprise software systems that are precisely tailored to the client's business processes. You are responsible for turnkey implementation and accompanying change management.
A wide range of tasks await you:- Translate business requirements into integrated Oracle solutions
- Lead discovery workshops, solution design, and architecture governance
- Support presales through customer presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and effort estimates
- Build trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities for further collaboration
- Guide functional and technical teams throughout implementation
- Occasional travel to clients
Requirements- A completed vocational training or degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of Oracle ERP consulting or implementation experience, with significant experience leading architecture and client-facing design activities
- Experience leading multiple full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or Oracle E-Business Suite
- Deep knowledge of relevant business processes and cross-functional integrations
- Proven ability to connect solution capabilities with business value
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with business-fluent English
- Based in the US, with willingness to travel to customer sites
