Opportunity Overview

This role is primarily office-based, with regular onsite presence expected to support business and employee needs. Some remote work flexibility may be available.

The HR Field Regional Partner will be accountable for the execution and delivery of HR processes, services, and solutions, ensuring operational excellence and customer intimacy with the assigned managers and employees. This position requires strong alignment with Strategic HR Business Partners to deliver respective business goals and HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for strategy, tools, and best practices. The HR Field Partner will support Tier II issues for both employees and managers, providing coaching and guidance on various routine HR matters. Tier 0 = Self-Service Tools, such as Thrive and InSite, Tier I = HR Service Center, Tier II - HR Field Partner, Tier III = Strategic HR Business Partner / CoEs.

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with Strategic HR Business Partners to execute and implement HR initiatives and programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns promptly, fairly, and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Lead and manage complex employee relations cases end-to-end, including investigations, performance issues, employee complaints, workplace conflicts, and policy violations. Ensure consistent, fair, and legally compliant outcomes while mitigating risk and escalating when appropriate. Act as a trusted advisor to managers on sensitive ER matters, providing clear guidance and coaching to drive effective resolution and prevent future issues.
  • Manager Coaching & Performance Management: Support managers and employees through annual processes and day to day case management.
  • Workforce planning and talent acquisition execution: Support workforce planning efforts and partner with recruiters to guide managers through hiring judgement, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational strategy.
  • Talent Management & Compensation: Support execution of talent processes, including compensation cycles, performance calibration, and employee development initiatives, with a strong focus on retention and employee experience. Change management support and execution.
  • Change Management: Support and execute organizational changes, including restructures and role transitions, ensuring clear communication, proper documentation, and compliance.
  • HR Operations: Ensure seamless execution of HR processes, including workforce planning, change management, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Business Support: Provide expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees, leveraging HR Centers of Excellence resources to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Compensation & Benefits Knowledge: Apply compensation and benefits knowledge to support decision-making and ensure alignment with company practices and market standards.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize HR data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead additional HR projects as needed

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $109,000-$174,400. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
