US and Canada Market Development Manager - Procedure Adoption & DSO

As a Market Development Manager for Dental Solutions in the United States and Canada
you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Leading two key growth priorities:

1. Procedure Adoption Consultant Team Leader
• Establish a new field-based team of Procedure Adoption Consultant(s) to drive doctor and patient adoption of custom digital procedures in target account segments and geographies
• Establish, track, and adapt doctor and patient touchpoint plans, sales workflow and KPIs
• Hire, train, manage, and coach the Procedure Adoption Consultant team
• Develop milestone-based investment plan to expand team
• Coordinate across Global Marketing and USAC Key Accounts, Sales, Marketing and Education to stand up and iterate a new model

2. Dental DSO Market Development Manager
• Define the regional strategy to drive growth in the Dental DSO segment across restorative & prevention and custom smiles solutions portfolios
• Develop and execute Dental DSO portfolio and pricing strategy and programs
• Coordinate prioritization and execution between Dental Key Accounts, Sales, Marketing, and Education teams to accelerate growth
• Generate and action DSO segment insights; serve as liaison to bring insights to global and cross-functional teams

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Ten (10) years of marketing, sales, or business management/development experience in a private, public, government or military environment

• Experience leading Market Development and/or Sales in a healthcare business
• Marketing acumen
• Ability to lead through ambiguity to deliver results

Work location: Remote

Travel: May include up to 30% domestic

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
