Position Information: Lee Physician Group (LPG) Urology is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to join our highly collaborative, team-oriented, and growing practice. Our group consists of eight dedicated urologists who bring diverse expertise and a shared commitment to exceptional patient-centered care.
With four outpatient locations in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, and Lehigh Acres, our physicians enjoy the benefits of a large, integrated health system combined with a collegial and supportive practice culture. Candidates will treat a broad range of urologic conditions-including BPH, kidney stones, incontinence, oncology, and erectile dysfunction-with opportunities to perform minimally invasive and robotic surgeries. A special interest in female urology is welcomed and encouraged.
Our model fosters collaboration, mentorship, and shared success, supported by advanced practice providers, experienced clinical staff, and dual APP weekend call coverage (1:7 rotation). Physicians utilize Epic EHR and integrated dictation software for seamless documentation.
