Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency Program
• Eligible for a Minnesota medical license

Compensation:

Initial 24-month salary guarantee range: $190,000-940,000, production model after guarantee.

Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, CME reimbursement, paid time off, 401k profit sharing, malpractice liability insurance, and shareholder/partnership status. Benefits are pro-rated for part time physicians.
