Full Job Description
Job Summary:

Leads and/or participates in the review, analysis, modification, customization, development, enhancement and maintenance of applications and systems. Proficient in the design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation phases of the application systems development process and also provides technical support for application systems bug fixes, defects, issue resolution and regular maintenance.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Design, configure, customize, and deploy applications on the Unqork platform to meet complex business and technical requirements
  • Troubleshoot production and non-production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes with appropriate monitoring and controls
  • Apply quality practices including unit testing, integration testing support, defect triage, and documentation to enable maintainable releases
  • Design and develop integrations between Unqork and required data sources, services, and downstream systems
  • Serve as an internal Unqork Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the applications you support, acting as the primary technical point of contact

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a Unqork Configurator/Developer.
  • 5+ years of overall IT application development experience, including delivery using low-code / no-code platforms
  • Proven experience designing, configuring, and deploying enterprise-grade applications on the Unqork platform
  • Strong experience implementing RESTful APIs, database integrations, and authentication/authorization patterns within the Unqork framework.
  • Hands-on experience using the Unqork UDLC toolkit - for Application deployment , debugging, monitoring, and Support.
  • Working knowledge of web and data technologies including:
    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • JSON
    • SQL Server or equivalent relational databases
  • Experience delivering insurance domain solutions using Unqork (e.g., agent portals, underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing) is a strong plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to:
    • Work independently
    • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
    • Perform unit testing and debugging
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Hybrid role, reporting into office a few days a week


Salary range $94,000 to $125,000. Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location. Our company offers a competitive benefits package and bonus eligibility on top of base.
