About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the daily operations of our nursing unit. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supervising staff, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Your exceptional leadership and communication skills will enable you to work effectively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve our mission of delivering exceptional care and comfort to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures
  • Provide direct patient care to our guests, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Participate in orientation and training programs for new staff members
