Responsibilities:- Manage the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures
- Provide direct patient care to our guests, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Participate in orientation and training programs for new staff members

Requirements:- Current RN licensure in the State of Nevada
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a nursing leadership role
