The Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) performs diagnostic sonographic procedures as ordered by a staff physician or LIP with minimal supervision from the Manager of Imaging Services.

Required Qualifications:
  • Coursework/Training: Graduate of accredited school of Medical Sonography or accredited health care service program.
  • Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years recent experience as a Medical Sonographer in an acute care setting.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
