Full Job Description
Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs ultrasound procedures at a technical level requiring no constant supervision of technical detail. Performs ultrasound procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required, including specialized radiographic areas. Required Qualifications: • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. • Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. • 1 year experience in a clinical or hospital environment. Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
