Job Description

National Luminary Manager - Cardiovascular Ultrasound (Northeast)

You will lead strategic engagement with key opinion leaders, luminaries, and influential stakeholders across cardiovascular, vascular, structural heart, and interventional cardiology markets to drive business growth, customer loyalty, and adoption of Philips' cardiovascular ultrasound solutions.

We are seeking candidates who live in the Northeast zone of the US and are willing to travel regionally and sometimes nationally.

Your role:
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with national and regional thought leaders, clinical influencers, and strategic customers to support business growth across cardiovascular, vascular, and interventional cardiology ultrasound segments.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Clinical, Strategic Business Management, Business Unit, and Integrated Cardiology Solutions teams to support large strategic opportunities, execute growth initiatives, and drive customer preference for Philips solutions.
  • Advance adoption of cardiovascular ultrasound, structural heart, and image-guided therapy solutions through customer engagement, education programs, product demonstrations, and market development activities.
  • Serve as a field liaison by providing market insights, supporting new product introductions, contributing to training programs, and representing customer needs to internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in industry conferences, educational events, and customer-facing activities while supporting national accounts, integrated delivery networks, and key strategic initiatives. Travel as required


You're the right fit if:
  • You've acquired 10+ years of experience in cardiovascular ultrasound, vascular ultrasound, pediatric ultrasound, structural heart, interventional cardiology, or related clinical and commercial healthcare environments. Experience supporting strategic sales initiatives and customer-facing engagements is required.
  • Your skills include strong relationship-building, influencing, communication, presentation, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to develop or support educational programs, support complex sales cycles, and translate clinical trends into business opportunities is required. Experience working within matrixed healthcare organizations is strongly preferred.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in a related clinical, healthcare, business, or scientific discipline. Advanced degree preferred. Professional ultrasound registries is required, and multi-modality cardiovascular imaging experience are preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales/Clinical position
  • You're an effective communicator and relationship builder who thrives in a highly collaborative environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and is comfortable engaging stakeholders ranging from sonographers and physicians to executive healthcare leaders. Willingness to travel extensively to support customers, industry events, and business initiatives is required.


How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is a Field role. Must be willing to travel including overnights.

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $170,000 - $205,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
