Role Overview
The UKG WFM Sr. Analyst is a strategic and technical liaison between MPW and the time manager vendor (UKG). The Sr. Analyst also manages, maintains, and supports the UKG Workforce Management system (WFM) for MPWA. This role leverages exceptional customer service and technical time expertise to ensure the ongoing delivery of time services across the organization. This includes identifying time needs and managing the vendor relationship to ensure a consistently successful time program. The position focuses on process improvement to ensure continued customer satisfaction and vendor alignment that meets business objectives.
Drive operational efficiency by managing the time service provider relationship, ensuring a positive internal customer experience.
Provide consultative product and subject matter expertise to clients.
Act as an escalation point for time issues, collaborating with the vendor to resolve concerns promptly and provide effective solutions.
Install, implement, modify, and upgrade Time Management software and applications to meet changing business needs and technology.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the time provider contract, including the responsibilities of internal customers and vendors, to ensure the proper delivery of services.
Proactively and effectively communicate with customers, ensuring transparency and alignment with their payroll requirements.
Oversee time system configurations to ensure they align with MPWA BU's practices.

Requirements
