Qualifications

• At least 3 years of full-cycle HR/payroll system implementation experience, preferably with UKG Pro.
• UKG Pro Certification is strongly preferred, demonstrating expertise in payroll solutions.
• Strong technical skills, including SQL proficiency and basic knowledge of relational databases.
• Hands-on experience through the complete software project lifecycle from requirements to rollout.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% between the US and Canada, with valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients in implementing and integrating UKG Pro, focusing on the payroll module.
• Own the full implementation process from requirements gathering to ongoing support.
• Document and translate business needs into project plans and specifications.
• Lead data migration efforts by mapping and validating conversions to UKG Pro.
• Manage multiple client projects while ensuring deliverable timelines are met and client relationships are strong.
• Introduce best practices to help organizations optimize workforce solutions.
• Engage client teams through clear and empowering presentations.
