Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle HR/payroll implementation experience, specifically with UKG Pro, ideally in a consulting setting.
• UKG Pro Certification preferred; experience in configuring and supporting payroll solutions.
• Technical skills including SQL (queries and basic scripts) and understanding of relational databases.
• Proven track record of managing the complete software project lifecycle from requirements to rollout.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% between the US and Canada; must have valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the implementation of UKG Pro, focusing on the payroll module.
• Own the entire implementation process, including requirements gathering and ongoing support.
• Create clear documentation and project plans based on client business needs.
• Shape and manage data migration efforts for smooth system integration.
• Manage multiple client projects while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Share best practices to help organizations optimize their workforce solutions.
• Lead presentations and workshops to clarify complex topics for client teams.
