Job DescriptionYou will be the Type Version Integrator - Ship Captain - Level 5 for the Production Operations team which is responsible for integrating new aircraft configurations and engineering changes into manufacturing.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Type Version Integrator - Ship Captain - Level 5 you will be responsible for leading production readiness and cross-functional integration of new aircraft versions from design release through first-article and recurring production.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the primary Production Operations representative supporting assigned aircraft programs and configuration changes.
- Lead integration of new Type Version Effectivity (TVE) changes into fabrication and production while minimizing operational disruption.
- Drive production readiness activities from engineering release through first-article production and transition to recurring manufacturing.
- Lead cross-functional planning and execution with Engineering, Program Management, Planning, Tooling, Supply Chain, Quality, Functional Test, and Production.
- Identify manufacturing risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution to support program commitments.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, equivalent professional experience considered.
- Experience supporting aircraft manufacturing, production operations, program management, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, planning, or production control.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience interpreting engineering releases, manufacturing plans, schedules, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and build partnerships across multiple organizations.

National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $128,400 - $222,640. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
