Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Frac Flowback experience with 1+ year in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong expertise in oil field operations and Frac Flowback principles
• Proficient with computer software, including FIRE, with quick adaptability to new systems
• Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills
• Capable of managing multiple projects, problem solving, and maintaining attention to detail
• Able to work unsupervised in diverse weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks

Responsibilities

• Manage Frac Flowback operations independently while ensuring equipment safety and proper maintenance
• Supervise up to 4 crew members, including mentoring, training, and performance documentation
• Oversee effective shift changes and manage multi-equipment and multi-service jobs
• Administer onsite fluids, operate pressure tank equipment, and manage wells up to 10,000 psi
• Communicate proactively with clients, supervisors, and cross shift teams while reporting daily costs
• Enforce company policies, complete safety paperwork, and handle incident management with accountability
